摘要
随着第四次工业革命的到来,人类社会正加速迈向智能化时代,人工智能、云计算、区块链、虚拟现实等新兴智能技术与教育教学的融合应用呈现出智能化的人机协同教学、全周期的教学诊断评价、非线性的自适应学习等特征,高校教师既有的教学能力已无法胜任智能化教学实践的要求。为了从容应对智能教育时代全新教学情境的挑战,高校教师迫切需要构建以学科教学能力、技术应用能力和教学学术能力为核心的智能教学能力体系,重构教学主体关系,重塑教学目标,重建教学环境,重造教学流程,进而构建灵活、多元、开放、智慧的个性化教育生态体系。
With the advent of the fourth industrial revolution,human society is accelerating towards the era of intelligence.The field of education sees the incorporation of artificial intelligence,cloud computing,blockchain,virtual reality and other emerging intelligent technologies in advancing education and teaching methods,including intelligent human-machine collaborative teaching,full-cycle teaching diagnosis and evaluation,and non-linear adaptive learning.This trend finds the existing teaching ability of college teachers falling short of meeting the requirements of intelligent teaching practice.In order to cope with the challenges brought by the new teaching environment in the era of intelligent education,college teachers share an urgent need to build an intelligent teaching ability system which centralizes disciplinary knowledge,technological literacy,and academic research.Meanwhile,there is a need to reconstruct the relationship between teaching subjects,reshape teaching goals,rebuild teaching environment,and to redesign the teaching process,so as to build a flexible,diversified,open,and intelligent personalized ecosystem of education.
