摘要
未来学习中心是整合优秀教师和卓越课程后形成的人性化、自由化、多样化、定制化、个性化、终身化的学习共同体。朱永新教授在其新作«未来学校:重新定义教育»中提出“今天的学校会被未来学习中心取代”,并对未来学习中心的基本形态和实践路径进行了构想。未来学习中心坚持“有教无类”的教育理想以及“能者为师”的教师定位,采用教师引导、学生自组织管理的运作模式,使用尊重学生主体地位的教学方法,将学习评价交由“学分银行”等可以专门管理、授证并认证学习成果的组织机构来执行。在全球抗击新冠肺炎疫情的特殊时期,“国家网络云课堂”等云教学实践为推动现代学校制度改革积累了经验,也一定程度上佐证了未来学习中心构想的可行性和有效性。
Based on integration of excellent resources of teachers and courses,the future learning center aims to form a learning community that is humanized,liberalized,diversified,customized,personalized,and lifelong.In his latest book The Future.School:Redefining Education,Professor Zhu Yongxin predicted that"today’s schools shall be replaced by future’s learning centers",and sketched out the basic structure and practical undertakings of the learning center.With the aim to solve existing problems in the current educational context,the future learning center shall adhere to the educational ideal of,education without discrimination,and choose,the capable ones to teach".The center shall also adopt an operation model of teacher guidance and student selforganization management,teaching methods that respect the central status of students,and evaluation procedures that are operated on the,credit bank"by third-party organizations that are professional in managing,licensing,and certifying students’learning achievements.During the COVID-19 pandemic,cloud teaching with platforms such as the National Cyber Cloud Classroom has proven its strengths in responding to public crisis events,with accumulated experience for promoting the reform of modern school system.It has further demonstrated the feasibility and effectiveness of the idea of building future learning center.
