医院信息化在新冠肺炎防控中的应用实践探索

Application of hospital informationization in the prevention and control of coronavirus disease 2019

新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的蔓延给社会生活和经济带来巨大影响,为做好疫情防控工作,医院通过使用二维码预检分诊,嵌入HIS系统疫区人员信息,全方位开展“互联网+医疗服务”,依托钉钉平台开展培训考核、员工健康信息监测以及院内就诊、检查、检验信息的互联互通,充分发挥了信息化的支撑作用,成功实现院内“零死亡、零感染”目标,为今后应对突发重大传染病事件提供了应对思路。

The coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic has posed huge impacts on health,economy and society.To optimize the prevention and control of COVID-19,our hospital uses the QR code in patient pre-check and triage,which is embedded with the information of people from the affected areas in the Hospital Information System(HIS)and thus enables the Internet+Medical Services.Based on the DingTalk,we have also carried out staff training and assessment,employee health information surveillance,and interconnection and intercommunication of in-hospital service information including outpatient visits,examinations,and laboratory tests.With the support of informationization,our hospital has successfully achieved the goal of"zero death and zero infection",which also sheds light on our future response to major infectious diseases.
