秩和比法对九所幼儿园乳牙七项指标的综合评价

Comprehensive evaluation of 7 indexes of children in 9 kindergartens by rank sum ratio method(RSR)

目的:探索秩和比法(RSR)对九所幼儿园龋病患病率等七项统计指标综合评价的效果。方法:采用秩和比法对幼儿园大班儿童乳牙龋病患病率、龋病检出率、龋坏充填率等7项统计指标进行综合评价。分别认定“正向”指标和“负向”指标的性质。对各项指标编定“秩”号,计算秩和比值,排序。结果:代码为“2”的幼儿园第一,以示该园在同比条件,幼儿口腔健康状况最好;其次代码“1”的幼儿园位居第二;代码为“7”的幼儿园位居末位。结论:秩和比法可以对多项不同性质(正向、负向、平均数、相对数及绝对数)的指标进行综合评价,评价结果公平公正,值得推广和应用。

Objective:To explore the effects of the application of RSR in comprehensive evaluation of 7 statistical indexes of children in 9 kindergartens.Methods:7 indexes(caries prevalence rate,caries detected rate,caries filling rate,etc)of children in 9 kindergartens were evaluated comprehensively.Positive indexes and negative indexes were determined respectively.Every index was ranked and RSR value was calculated and sequenced.Results:The No 2 kindergarten was the first,indicating children oral health of the kindergarten was the best on equal conditions.Next was No 1 kindergarten and the No 7 kindergarten was the last.Conclusions:Different characters of indexes(positive index,negative index,average number,absolute number,relative number)could be compared comprehensively by RSR method and RSR value was obtained to make comprehensive evaluation.The results were fair and square and the method was worth of promoting and using.
