撬拨复位经皮固定治疗跟骨骨折疗效分析

Therapeutic effect of prying reduction and percutaneous fixation for calcaneal fracture

目的:探讨撬拨复位经皮固定治疗跟骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:选取医院收治的80例跟骨骨折患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方案的不同分为研究组(n=40)以及对照组(n=40)。对照组患者采取常规内固定术处理,研究组患者采取撬拨复位经皮固定术治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果:研究组患者手术时间以及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者在Bohler角、Cissane角以及骨折愈合时间方面比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:撬拨复位经皮固定治疗跟骨骨折较常规内固定术具有一定优势。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of prying reduction and percutaneous fixation for the treatment of calcaneal fractures.Methods:80 patients with calcaneal fracture admitted to hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into study group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases)according to different treatment schemes.The control group was treated with conventional internal fixation,while the study group was treated with prying reduction and percutaneous fixation.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The operation time and hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The amount of bleeding in the study group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant difference in Bohler angle,Cissane angle and fracture healing time between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Prying reduction and percutaneous fixation for calcaneal fracture has certain advantages over conventional internal fixation.
