摘要 目的:探讨TCT、HPV E6/E7 mRNA联合检测在宫颈癌筛查中的临床应用价值。方法:选取医院妇科门诊及住院患者163例,取其宫颈脱落细胞同时行TCT、HPV E6/E7 mRNA及阴道镜活检组织病理学检查,以病理结果为金标准。统计学分析TCT、HPV E6/E7 mRNA单一方法及两者联合检测宫颈病变的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值、约登指数,评价组合方案对宫颈癌筛查的价值。结果:两者联合检测的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值和阴性预测值分别为96.88%、67.65%、83.58%和87.49%,明显优于两者的单项筛查。结论:TCT和HPV E6/E7 mRNA联合检测的敏感度与阴性预测值较高,此方案可用于宫颈癌筛查。 Objective:To explore the application value of human papillomavirus(HPV)E6/E7 mRNA combined with Thinprep cytology test(TCT)in early screening of cervical cancer.Methods:A total of 163 cases received TCT and HPV E6/E7 mRNA assay.The cervical biopsy by colposcopy was performed in all cases and the data according to cytological and pathological results were statistically analyzed.Results:Pathological detection was a gold standard.The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive and negative predictive value of TCT&HPV E6/E7 mRNA assay were 96.88%,67.65%,83.58%and 87.49%,respectively.Conclusions:The sensitivity and negative predictive value of TCT&HPV E6/E7 mRNA detection were highest compared with any of other detection schemes.It can be used for cervical cancer screening.
