Mini-CEX在产科临床实习教学中的应用

The Mini-CEX in obstetric practice nursing students to explore the application of clinical practice teaching

目的:探讨Mini-CEX(迷你临床演练评估)在产科实习护生临床实习教学中探索的应用效果。方法:研究主体为2017年12月-2018年6月间入医院产科实习的72名护生。随机分A组和B组,各36例,行Mini-CEX临床实习教学与常规教学。对比教学效果。结果:A组的Mini-CEX评估优秀率高于B组,考试成绩均高于B组,教学总满意度高于B组(P<0.05)。结论:为产科实习护生行Mini-CEX临床教学可提高其临床护理能力,且满意度高。

Objective:To analysis the Mini-CEX clinical exercise evaluation in obstetric practice nursing students to explore the application effect of clinical practice teaching.Methods:the main body of this study was to in December 2017-June 2018 in hospital between 72 escort of obstetric practice.Randomly divided into group A and group B,all 36 cases,lines of the Mini-CEX clinical practice teaching and routine teaching.Comparing the teaching effect.Results:group A Mini-CEX evaluating excellence rate higher than that of group B;Test scores were higher than in group B;Teaching satisfaction higher than that of group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:for obstetric practice nursing students line of Mini-CEX clinical teaching can improve the clinical nursing ability,and a higher degree of satisfaction.
