体位管理在下肢深静脉血栓的疗效观察

Effect of position management on the deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities

目的:探讨体位管理在下肢深静脉血栓患者中的应用效果。方法:将104例下肢DVT患者作为观察组,既往出院未实施体位管理的患者作为对照组,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理基础上给予体位管理。结果:观察组患者患肢大腿、小腿及脚踝腿围消肿程度优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:体位管理能够有效地减轻DVT患者患肢的肿胀程度,促进康复,提高护理服务满意度。

Objective:To observe the effect that position management has on patients who are in the deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities.Method:In accordance with the inclusive criteria,104 patients who are in the deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities are chosen as observation group,and 104 patients without position management accepted are chosen as control group.Regular nursing care and position management are adopted in the observation group,while Regular nursing care is in the control group.Results:The detumescence degree of the circumference of the thigh,calf and ankle in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The position management can relieve the affected extremity of its swelling,promote rehabilitation,improve the satisfaction of nursing service.
