摘要
振弦式应变传感器在桥梁施工监测领域有着无可比拟的优点,获得广泛应用。针对传统的采集传输数据方法存在的问题,以GPRS无线网络与Internet相结合作为数据传输与管理通道,采用B/S模式可由联网的任一台访问机进行软件操作,构建振弦式应变传感器多通道监测系统,实现基于GPRS网络的无线监测与实时动态监测。该系统已在新建南广铁路西江特大桥施工监测现场测试中得到应用,结果表明:该系统可直接显示采集数据,能通过局域网或远程中心自动、实时报告结构状态,传输效率高、稳定性强、实时性强和智能化程度高,适合在实际工程中应用推广。
In the field of bridge construction monitoring,the vibrating wire strain sensor has many advantages,so it is widely used.In view of the existing data acquisition transmission method of traditional problems,based on GPRS wireless network and Internet as a combination of data management and transmission channel,from any networked computer operations in B/S mode access software,the vibrating wire strain sensor multi-channel monitoring system is constructed.Through the construction monitoring of Nanning-Guangzhou Railway Xijiang Bridge,the system can directly display the collected data,and can automatically report the state of the structure in real time through the lan or remote center.It has high transmission efficiency,stability,real-time performance and high intelligence.It is suitable for the application and promotion in practical engineering.
