摘要
为解决钢波纹管涵施工时,周围及下部区域填土压实困难、管涵两侧路基沉降病害频发、后期保养维护成本高等难题,以甘肃北山(蒙甘界)—仙米寺(甘青界)项目为依托,在波形钢管涵段路基施工中,改良形成一种新型施工工艺。在管涵"反开挖"施工工艺的基础上,结合新型开挖工具及增加注浆工序,从而保证了钢波纹管涵两侧填土压实度,从源头上降低了波形钢管涵段路基沉降病害的发生率。
In order to solve the difficulties of filling and compaction in surrounding and lower areas,frequent subgrade settlement diseases on both sides of the pipe culvert,and high maintenance cost in construction of steel corrugated pipe culvert,a new construction technology is improved in the subgrade construction of corrugated steel pipe culvert section based on Gansu Beishan-Xianmisi project.On the basis of pipe culvert"reverse excavation"construction technology,combined with new excavation tools and increasing grouting process,the compaction degree of filling soil on both sides of steel corrugated pipe culvert is ensured,and the occurrence rate of subgrade settlement disease of corrugated steel pipe culvert section reduces from the source.
