基于动力测试方法的既有居住建筑受损检测中的快速诊断

摘要 目前主流的建筑性能检测评估手段主要选择沉降、倾斜、裂缝及损伤等传统性能指标来评估建筑状况,基于动力响应数据的评价指标还未得到应用。结构的动力特性是结构的固有特性,表征了结构的全局特征。检测方法也不受结构规模和隐蔽的限制,结构的响应易实现和量测。目前发展的高效结构响应量测技术为该检测方法提供了有力的技术支持。通过对几幢既有居住建筑受施工影响前后的动力特性进行测试,根据动力特性的变化对既有居住建筑的受损情况进行快速判定,并与监测结果相互验证,证明了该方法的实用性。 At present,the mainstream building performance detection and evaluation means mainly choose traditional performance indexes such as settlement,tilt,crack and damage to evaluate the building condition,but the evaluation indexes based on dynamic response data are not applied.The dynamic characteristics of the structure is the inherent characteristic of the structure,which characterizes the global characteristics of the structure.The detection method is not limited by the size and concealment of the structure,and the response of the structure is easy to realize and measure.The current development of efficient structural response measurement technology provides a strong technical support for this detection method.By testing the dynamic characteristics of several existing residential buildings before and after being affected by construction,the damage situation of the existing residential buildings is quickly judged according to the changes of dynamic characteristics,and the results of monitoring are verified mutually,which proves the practicability of the method.
