某MPV车内轰鸣声降噪研究

摘要 文章以某MPV怠速工况下车内轰鸣声为研究对象,研究轰鸣声产生的机理,振动传递路径和噪声解决的方案。通过噪声测试,扫频分析对车内轰鸣声的激励源及问题频率进行辨识;进行振动传递路径分析,确定了振动主要由发动机经悬置传递至车身引起;通过对车身结构的模态测试和分析,分析出顶棚的局部模态同激励源频率接近从而发生振动耦合,引起了车内轰鸣。提出了对车身顶棚进行结构优化来调整车身模态,避让发动机激励的控制方法。最后对优化结构后的车辆进行车内噪声测试和主观评价,结果表明车内轰鸣声问题得到有效解决。 This paper takes the car booming inside at idle of the MPV as the research object, research the mechanism of booming, vibration transfer path and the solution of noise. Through the noise test, frequency sweep analysis, we have identified the excitation source and problem frequency of the booming;The vibration transmission path of mount was analyzed, and the vibration was determined to be mainly caused by the mount of the engine to the vehicle body. Through the modal test and analysis of the car body structure, it is found that the local modal of the roof is close to the frequency of the excitation source, resulting in the vibration coupling, which causes the booming inside the car. Finally, the noise test and subjective evaluation are carried out on the vehicles with the optimized structure, and the results show that the problem of booming inside the vehicle has been effectively solved.
