摘要
侧面碰撞事故中头部的撞击往往会造成致命的伤害。安全气帘是专门针对头部保护的安全装置,在侧面碰撞事故中能有效地避免乘员头部受伤或减小其受伤的程度,安全气帘的设计与研发是十分必要的。文章总结了侧面安全气帘的设计与开发技术,其中包括:安全气囊的结构和工作原理、重点介绍了安全气帘的B柱导向支架开发与子系统试验的验证.总结了一套安全气帘设计开发的流程,对于同类型安全气帘的开发具有指导意义。
Side impact collisions in the head are 0 ften causing fatal injuries. So a curtain airbag is designed for head protection. In side impact accidents, it can effectively prevent occupant’s head injuries or reduce its level of injuries. It is necessary to design and develop curtain airbag. In the paper, technologies of the curtain airbag’s design and development are summarized, including: airbag structure and working principle, focusing on the design elements of the curtain airbag ramp of B pillar and the subsystems experiment, the design and development flow of curtain airbag is summed up, and it is a guide for the development of the same type of curtain airbags.
