摘要
文章通过分析汽车棘爪和棘轮相互作用对拉力测量的扰动特点,采用特征提取和模式识别的方法提取测量数据,同时考虑测试手柄人体工程学设计等关键要素,采用高性能单片机以及A/D转换集成电路作为测试数据处理单元,设计了一种用于多棘齿驻车手刹力测量的系统,实现了一次性测量出多棘齿机械结构多个档位的驻车手刹力值,可有效解决现有手刹力计专用性差、检测效率低的问题。
The multi-ratchet brake force measurement system is designed in this paper by applying the method of feature extraction and pattern recognition to extract the measurement data after analysing the disturbance characteristics of the interaction between the pawl and the ratchet wheel, and using high-performance single-chip microcomputer and A/D conversion integrated circuit as the test data processing unit. At the same time, the key elements such as the ergonomic design of the test handle are considered. The system can measure the parking handbrake force of multiple gears of multi-ratchet mechanical structure at one time, which can effectively solve the problems of poor specificity and low detection efficiency of the existing handbrake dynamometer.
