摘要
文章以中型自卸车的主车架为研究对象,对其进行静、动力学分析。首先对其进行了弯曲工况、扭转工况下的静强度校核。然后,对主车架进行了自由模态分析,研究路面输入、发动机激励下主车架的动态特性。分析结果显示该车架的结构强度和动态性能均满足使用要求。
The main frame of a medium dumper is employed in this paper for static and dynamic analysis.Static strength of main frame is checked under bending and torsion condition.Then free modal analysis is carried out to study the dynamic characteristics of main frame under road input and engine excitation.The results show that structural strength and dynamic performance of the frame meet the operating requirements.
