摘要
文章以某款搭载国六柴油发动机的牵引车为研究对象,对该牵引车进行整车振动噪声测试,通过测试结果分析驾驶室内噪声较大的原因并制定优化方向;同时查明该牵引车带载加速时高频啸叫噪声来源于涡轮增压器,设计增压器压气机出口中冷管降噪方案并进行实车验证,解决了该高频噪声问题。研究对于新车型开发具有指导意义。
Abstrac: This article takes a traction vehicle equipped with a CHINA Ⅵ diesel engine as the research object, carry out NVH measurement of the vehicle. Based on test results, analyze the reasons for the loud noise in the cab and formulate optimization directions. At the same time, it is found that the high-frequency howling noise of the tractor during acceleration with load comes from the turbocharger. Design noise reduction scheme for intercooler pipe of turbocharger compressor outlet, then carry out vehicle verification, finally solved the problem of high frequency noise. The research is instructive for the development of new products.
