关于中职院校汽修教学的相关问题研究

The Research on the Problems of Auto Repair Teaching in Secondary Vocational Colleges

目前我国的汽修专业人才紧缺,供不应求的现象较为突出,且人才能力远不能满足企业用人需要。笔者在中职学校任教多年,通过教学硬件设施、职教师资以及教学模式等方面进行研究得出问题原因,并结合实际情况,提出了切实可行的解决方案。

At present,China’s auto repair professionals are in short supply,the phenomenon of short supply is more prominent,and the ability of talents is far from meeting the needs of enterprises.The author has been teaching in secondary vocational school for many years,through the research of teaching hardware facilities,vocational teacher resources and teaching mode,the author finds out the causes of the problems,and puts forward practical solutions based on the actual situation.
