In this context, the paper chooses L company as the research object to study the quality management system. Firstly, the theory of ISO/TS16949 quality management system is expounded, and the background of the system is explained. Then it expounds the general situation of L company, introduces its original quality management system, and analyzes its existing problems. Then, combined with the actual situation of L company, it puts forward a set of quality management system, analyzes the implementation effect of the scheme,and puts forward some suggestions and schemes for optimizing the enterprise quality management system. It is hoped that it will help and provide reference for the optimiza-tion of quality management in automobile and its supply chain manufacturing enterprises.
