The article Based on the in-depth study of the evaluation theory, method and index establishment of scientific and technological achievements, and the reference of national and local scientific and technological achievements evaluation and index management methods, combined with the characteristics of automobile technology research projects, the evaluation method and index of automobile technology research projects are established in this paper.
