An Experimental Study on Sintering of Manganese Ore Concentrate

摘要 针对国外某锰矿开展不同粒级选矿试验研究,结果表明:矿样品中可供选矿回收的主要组分锰的品位为27.96%,铁含量很低,属低硫低铁高磷氧化锰矿。中粒级、细粒级精矿品位较高(大于46%),通过磁选可以去除原矿中的部分磷;粗粒级精矿品位稍低(42%左右);细泥精矿由于未经选别锰品位只有41.67%;所有精矿产品铁含量均很低,为低铁锰精矿。 This study is aimed at an abroad manganese ore to carry out dressing experiments of different grain grades.The results show us the grade of manganese and the main component for mineral recovery was 27.96%.The iron content is very low.It belongs to the low sulfur low iron high phosphorus manganese oxide ore.Medium and fine grade concentrates have high grade(>46%),and some phosphorus in raw ore can be removed by magnetic separation.Coarse grade concentrate is slightly lower(about 42%).The grade of fine mud manganese concentrate is only 41.67%.All concentrate products are very low iron content.It belongs to low iron manganese concentrate.
