从碳酸锰矿中综合回收钴镍的方法研究

摘要 低品碳酸锰矿中钴镍含量较低,提锰生产过程对其中的钴镍往往不加回收,未能实现资源的综合利用。结合金属锰的生产工艺,研究了从低品位碳酸锰矿中综合回收钴镍的方法。研究结果表明:碳酸锰矿制备溶液过程中,钴镍的回收率分别为24.97%和21.50%,回收率偏低;硫化沉淀通过两次浮选后,精矿中钴品位为10.72%,镍品位为13.94%,将该精矿在马弗炉中焙烧,得到的产品中钴含量达到27.66%,镍含量达到30.92%,硫化钴镍可通过焙烧进一步富集钴镍,实现低品位碳酸锰矿中钴镍资源的综合回收。 Contents of Ni and Co in low grade manganese ore are very low.During the manganese production,Ni and Co are not recovered usually and the comprehensive utilization of mineral resource has not been realized.The paper discusses about the comprehensive recovery methods of Ni and Co from low grade manganese ore.The research shows that in the process of preparing solution of manganese carbonate ore,Ni and Co recovery rates are as low as 24.97%and 21.50%,respectively.With two flotation processes of sulfide precipitate,the contents of Ni and Co in the concentrate ore can reach 10.72%and 13.94%respectively.After the concentrated ore is calcinated in muffle furnace,the contents of Ni and Co will reach as high as 27.66%and 30.92%respectively.It is clear that cobalt sulfide and nickel sulfide can be enriched by calcination,which realizes the comprehensive recovery of Ni and Co from low grade manganese carbonate ore.
