摘要
缓倾斜中厚矿体的开采一直是采矿工程的难题。针对大新锰矿的特点,研究探索了的缓倾斜中厚矿体开采的工艺。设计采用底盘漏斗法回采,水平中深孔凿岩爆破,铲运机连续出矿工艺,自然崩落顶板充填空区。通过采矿方法的合理应用及机械设备的使用,充分回收矿产资源,且达到安全高效的生产目的。
Gently-inclined medium thick orebody mining has been a problem of mining engineering.Based on the characteristics of Daxin manganese mine,the paper discusses about the technology for the thick orebody mining of gently inclined medium.The design is thought in use of the chassis funnel mining method,the level deep hole drilling blasting,continuous ore drawing technology and the natural caving roof filling empty area.Through reasonable application of mining method and the use of mechanical equipment,it can achieve the full recovery of mineral resources and the purpose of safety and efficient production.
