Based on the comprehensive research on the composition and construction experience of foreign typical iron and steel enterprises’technological innovation system,this paper is combined with the development status and problems of domestic iron and steel enterprises’innovation system in discussing about the relevant suggestions from the point of the government level,including industry level and enterprise level.It is better to greet opportunities and challenges brought by knowledge economy.
