Research on Synchronous Design and Construction Technology of Underpass Construction and Foundation Reinforcement for Protective Building in Limited Space

摘要 结合上海某既有保护建筑加固及地下通道工程,对空间受限条件下的地下连通道建造与保护建筑基础加固同步实施的施工技术进行了介绍。通过在既有保护建筑结构与基础加固的同时,克服老建筑结构形式薄弱、障碍物众多等难题,在老建筑山墙之间空间受限条件下营造出了大断面地下连通道,总结的经验可供类似工程参考。 Combined with the reinforcement of an existing protective building and underpass project in Shanghai,the construction technology of synchronous implementation of underpass construction and protective building foundation reinforcement under the condition of limited space is introduced.During the structure and foundation reinforcement of existing protective building,the problems of weak structural form and numerous obstacles of old buildings are overcome,and a large cross-section underpass is built under the condition of limited space between the gables of old buildings.The summarized experience can be used as reference for similar projects.
