深基坑不明涌水管处理关键技术

Key Technology for Treatment of Unidentified Gushing Water Pipe in Deep Foundation Pit

结合工程实际,对在基坑开挖过程中发现的不明涌水管的处理技术进行了介绍。通过采取将原PVC管接长引水,再在其外打入钢套管,然后利用地质钻机钢管内清障及在钢管周边注浆止水,底板完成后再对钢管进行封堵,解决了深基坑突发的承压水问题。所总结的方法可为类似深基坑抢险提供参考。

Combined with engineering practice,the treatment technology of unidentified gushing water pipe found in the process of foundation pit excavation is introduced.The original PVC pipe is lengthened for water diversion,the steel sleeve is put outside,the geological drilling rig is used to clear the barriers in the steel pipe,and the water is stopped by grouting around the steel pipe.After the bottom plate is completed,the steel pipe is blocked to solve the sudden pressure water problem of deep foundation pit.The summarized method can provide reference for similar deep foundation pit rescue.
