摘要 为在技术、设备匮乏等环境因素下实施高空钢桁架结构吊装,从施工现场及周边区域实际条件分析,采取高空牵引滑移措施,解决了无专业顶推设备、无大型吊装设备等难题。在施工推演过程中结合风险评判,从滑移轨道、桁架起吊、滑移过程、桁架就位等方面对方案进行完善,最终达到低风险顺利完成吊装作业的目的。 To implement the hoisting of high-altitude steel truss structure under the environmental factors such as lack of technology and equipment,from the analysis of the actual conditions of the construction site and surrounding areas,the high-altitude pulling and sliding measures are adopted to solve the problems of no professional pushing equipment and no large-scale lifting equipment.In the process of construction deduction,combined with risk assessment,the scheme is improved from the aspects of sliding track,truss lifting,sliding process,truss positioning,etc.,and the purpose of smooth completion of the hoisting operation with low risk is finally achieved.
