摘要
以新建广州北站工程项目施工为背景,介绍紧邻国铁既有线路的铁路站房悬挑钢屋架施工关键技术。施工时将整个钢屋盖分为3个区域,其中1、3区屋盖单元在地面拼装后整体提升,2区分片高空安装后与1、3区合拢为整体。通过多种施工工艺的组合配套应用,在有限的施工空间和复杂的现场环境下,保证了施工的安全、质量和工期。
Taking the construction of new Guangzhou North Railway Station as the background,the key construction technology of cantilevered steel roof truss of railway station building adjacent to the existing line of national railway is introduced.During the construction,the whole steel roof is divided into three sections.The roof units of section 1 and section 3 are lifted as a whole after being assembled on the ground,and the roof units of section 2 are integrated with sections 1 and 3 after installation at high altitude.Through the combination and application of various construction technologies,the safety,quality and construction period of construction are guaranteed in the limited construction space and complex site environment.
