摘要
曲面钢结构网架的吊装方法较多,大都采用满堂脚手架或者液压整体提升等方案。对于特定条件下的螺栓球节点钢网架而言,综合考虑变形控制和施工工效等因素,创新提出一种部分提升后再高空散拼部分悬挑构件的方案。该方案在安顺娄湖生态湿地公园整体开发PPP项目的水上艺术中心工程中成功应用,取得了理想的效果。
There are many hoisting methods for curved steel structure grid,and most of them adopt full scaffold or hydraulic integral lifting scheme.Considering the deformation control and construction efficiency of the steel grid with bolt ball joints under specific conditions,a scheme of partially lifting and then assembling some cantilever members at high altitude is innovatively proposed.The scheme has been successfully applied in the Water Art Center project of the overall development PPP project of Anshun Louhu Ecological Wetland Park and has achieved ideal effect,which can provide guidance for similar steel grid hoisting construction.
