封闭式全玻幕墙施工技术创新及应用

Construction Technology Innovation of Enclosed Full Glass Curtain Walland Its Application

当全玻幕墙背面有墙体或装饰板等封闭情况时,传统的全玻幕墙施工工艺无法完成玻璃面板的临时固定及内侧的打胶作业。为解决这些难题,创新设计出了一种固定在玻璃肋上的铝合金连接条。施工时,在玻璃面板外侧采用铝合金压板和不锈钢螺栓与铝合金连接条临时固定,工人只需在玻璃面板外侧打胶即可。该创新工艺在宁波市奥丽赛商业广场幕墙工程中成功应用,为类似工程积累了参考经验。

When there are walls or decorative panels on the back of all glass curtain walls,the traditional construction technology of full glass curtain wall cannot complete the temporary fixation of glass panel and the internal gluing operation.To solve these problems,a kind of aluminum alloy connecting strip fixed on the glass rib is innovatively designed.During construction,aluminum alloy platen and stainless steel bolt are used to fix the aluminum alloy connecting strip on the outside of glass panel temporarily.Workers only need to apply glue on the outside of glass panel.The innovative technology is successfully applied in the curtain wall project of Ningbo Aolisai Commercial Plaza,which accumulates reference experience for similar projects.
