摘要 以常德碧桂园·十里公园项目工程为例,详细阐述了狭窄伸缩缝处双重剪力墙加固困难以及施工质量难以控制的问题,而通过采用自制钢模及加固件加固的关键技术,成功解决了狭窄伸缩缝处双重剪力墙加固困难的问题,最终论证特殊加固件及钢模加固技术,能有效解决狭窄伸缩缝处双重剪力墙加固难题及施工质量控制的难点,且该做法具有推广意义。 Taking Changde Country Garden Shili Park project as an example,the difficulties in strengthening the double shear wall at the narrow expansion joint and the difficulty in controlling the construction quality are expounded in detail.By using the key technology of self-made steel formwork and reinforcement,the problem of strengthening double shear wall at narrow expansion joint is successfully solved.Finally,it is demonstrated that the special reinforcement and steel formwork reinforcement technology can effectively solve the problem of double shear wall reinforcement and difficult construction quality control at narrow expansion joint,and this method has the significance of popularization.
