摘要 为解决因伸缩缝狭小而引起的两侧墙体模板安拆难问题,设计一种用于伸缩缝侧剪力墙的模板与背楞连成一体的铝合金大模板,通过对拉螺杆与楼层侧剪力墙铝合金模板连接固定,形成铝合金大模板对拉螺栓加固体系。其操作简便、施工进度快、混凝土成形质量好、节约成本、绿色环保,可为类似工程提供借鉴。 To solve the problem of difficult installation and removal of wall formworks on both sides caused by the narrow expansion joint,a large aluminum alloy formwork is designed for the shear wall at the side of expansion joint and the back ridge.Through the connection and fixation of the split screw and the aluminum alloy formwork of the floor side shear wall,an aluminum alloy large formwork split bolt reinforcement system is formed.Its operation is simple,the construction progress is fast,the concrete forming quality is good,the cost is saved,and the green environmental protection is achieved,which can provide reference for similar projects.
