摘要 结合南充绿地中心超高层2^#楼项目施工实际,从输送泵选择、输送管选择、配合比设计以及泵管水洗等方面出发,阐述了超高层高强混凝土泵送的综合施工技术。经实践,该技术保证了超高层高强混凝土的正常输送,并大大减少了混凝土的浪费,最大限度地提高了机械设备利用率。 Combined with the construction practice of the super high-rise 2^# building project in Nanchong Greenland Center,the comprehensive construction technology of super high strength concrete pumping is expounded from the aspects of selection of pumps,selection of pumping pipes,design of mix proportion and washing of pump pipes.The practice shows that the technology ensures the normal conveying of high strength concrete in super high-rise buildings,greatly reduces the waste of concrete,and maximizes the utilization rate of mechanical equipment.
