摘要
南京理工大学(江阴校区)建设项目场地范围大、单体多、工期紧,为确保高效履约,采取临时施工道路和永久道路相结合的方法。讨论了施工道路永临结合在EPC模式下的可行性。在项目初期优化道路设计并提前施工,在沥青铺设前对混凝土面层裂缝进行处理,最后进行沥青面层施工。施工道路永临结合可有效降低施工成本,缩短施工周期,同时避免了临时工程拆除产生的建筑垃圾,具有良好的经济、工期、环保效益。
The construction project of Nanjing University of Technology(Jiangyin campus)has a large area with many single buildings and tight construction period.To ensure the efficient implementation of the project,the method of temporary and permanent combined construction roads is adopted.The feasibility of permanent and temporary combined construction roads under EPC mode is discussed.In the initial stage of the project,the road design is optimized and the construction is carried out in advance.Before the asphalt pavement,the concrete surface cracks are treated and finally the asphalt surface construction is carried out.The permanent and temporary combined construction roads can effectively reduce the construction cost,shorten the construction period,and avoid the construction waste generated by the demolition of temporary works,which has good economic,construction period and environmental benefits.
