摘要
抗浮锚杆设计目前是建筑施工中最常用的抗浮技术手段,但抗浮锚杆在施工过程中经常会发生点位碰撞、精度降低等情况,导致施工工期滞后、施工质量缺陷。因此,利用BIM技术的可视化优势和模拟施工手段对抗浮锚杆点位进行优化,将优化后的点位坐标导入测量机器人,通过BIM+测量机器人的集成应用,实现了短工期、大体量、高质量锚杆施工,可为后续类似项目施工借鉴。
At present,the design of anti-floating anchor is the most commonly used anti-floating technical means in construction,but some common problems such as point position collision and low precision often appear in the construction process of anti-floating anchor.It leads to construction period lag and construction quality defects.Therefore,the visual advantages of BIM technology and simulation construction means are used,the optimization of anti-floating anchor point position is carried out,and the optimized point position coordinates are imported into the surveying robot.Through the integrated application of BIM+surveying robot,the anchor construction with short construction period,large volume and high quality is realized,which can be used as reference for similar projects in the future.
