摘要
结合横琴口岸及综合交通枢纽功能区施工实际,对人工岛上新建建筑地下室施工过程中遇到的场地内分坑桩多,地下室底板面积大、分缝多,支撑预留孔洞多,地下室底板及外墙存在较大的渗水隐患等难题进行了排水减压抗浮计算。通过减少地下室底板以上的水压力,有效解决了相关问题,并采用水平二向渗流有限元分析方法,对地下室截排减压抗浮渗流场进行分析,确保工程截排减压方案设计的有效性。总结的经验可供相关工程借鉴。
Combined with the construction practice of Hengqin Port and the functional area of comprehensive transportation hub,the drainage decompression anti-floating calculation is carried out for the problems encountered during the construction of the basement of the new building on the artificial island,such as many pit dividing piles,large basement floor area,many joints,many reserved holes for support,and large seepage hidden danger in basement floor and exterior wall.The relevant problems are effectively solved by reducing the water pressure above the basement floor.The horizontal two-way seepage finite element analysis method is used to analyze the interception and drainage decompression anti-floating seepage field of the basement to ensure the effectiveness of the project design.The summarized experience can be used for reference in related projects.
