摘要
针对水泥土复合管桩(简称PPC)现有通用钻头钻进速度慢、喷浆搅拌不均匀等问题,设计了一种专用钻头,并将其与通用钻头的应用效果进行了对比。利用有限元软件,验算了专用钻头的结构和浆路管道强度。通过数值分析和现场应用表明,钻头结构和浆路管道的强度满足施工要求,与通用钻头相比,专用钻头的钻进速度提高98.1%,桩身搅拌更加均匀,桩身芯样抗压强度提高32.1%。
In view of the drilling speed of the existing general drilling bit is slow and the mixing is not uniform,a special drilling bit is designed,and the application effect of special drilling bit and general drilling bit is compared. Using the finite element software,the structural strength and the strength of the slurry pipeline are calculated. The numerical analysis and field application showed that the strength of the drilling bit structure and the slurry pipeline meets the construction requirements. Compared with general drilling bit,the drilling speed of special drilling bit is increased by 98. 1%,the mixing of the pile body is more uniform,and the compressive strength of the core sample is increased by 32. 1%.
