摘要
主要研究了超高层模板脚手架临时支撑体系的参数化建模、设计、计算分析与施工管理等关键性问题,读取CAD结构图并建立BIM模型,通过对模型智能识别和自动验算,从而进行临时支撑模板体系材料选择、智能排布以及安全计算分析。对其施工过程进行实时智能监测,并将研究成果在示范工程中进行验证,确保危大工程支撑模板体系施工的安全。
This paper mainly studies the parametric modeling, design, calculation analysis and construction management of temporary support system of super high-rise formwork scaffold,reads CAD structural drawing and establishes BIM model. Through intelligent identification and automatic checking of the model,material selection,intelligent arrangement and safety calculation analysis of temporary support formwork system are carried out. The real-time intelligent monitoring of the construction process is carried out,and the research results are verified in the demonstration project,so as to ensure the safety of the construction of the supporting formwork system of the dangerous and large-scale projects.
