大型电子洁净厂房土建施工一般均具有工期紧、体量巨大、品质要求高的特点,其施工组织需面临人力、机械、材料等资源短期组织量巨大,平面及交通管理难度大,质量要求高等难点。以实际工程项目为依托,从项目组织结构、施工部署、资源组织、物流及总平面管理、进度计划管理、资源计划和工作计划管理多个方面,阐述了大型电子洁净厂房施工高速启动与计划管理综合技术。

The civil engineering construction of large-scale electronic cleaning workshop is generally characterized by tight construction period,huge volume and high quality requirements. The construction organization of large-scale electronic clean workshop needs to face the short-term organization of human resources,machinery and materials,and the difficulty of plane and traffic management and high quality requirements. Based on the actual project,this paper expounds the comprehensive technology of highspeed start-up and plan management of large-scale electronic clean workshop construction from the aspects of project organization structure,construction deployment,resource organization,logistics and general layout management,schedule management,resource planning and work plan management.
