摘要
目的探讨非勺型高血压干预前后血压、超敏C反蛋白(hs-CRP)和脂联素的变化及相关性。方法选择2015年6月至2019年2月重庆市江北区中医院收治的非勺型高血压患者240例,根据降压药服药时间不同将其分为观察组(晚上)和对照组(早晨),每组120例。比较两组患者治疗前后血压、hs-CRP及脂联素变化。结果两组患者治疗前血压、hs-CRP及脂联素水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组与对照组治疗后的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者的血浆hs-CRP水平明显降低,血浆脂联素水平明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组hs-CRP水平明显低于对照组,血浆脂联素水平明显高于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关性分析显示,血浆hs-CRP水平与脂联素水平呈负相关(r=-0.924,P<0.05)。结论晚上服用降压药可使非勺型高血压患者血压及hs-CRP水平明显降低,脂联素水平明显升高。
Objective To investigate the changes and correlation of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and adiponectin(APN)before and after blood pressure(BP)intervention in non-spoon hypertension.Methods A total of 240 patients with non-spoon hypertension treated in the Jiangbei District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine From June 2015 to February 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group(night)and control group(morning)according to the different time of taking antihypertensive drugs,120 cases in each group.The changes of BP,hs-CRP and APN before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of BP,hs-CRP and APN before treatment had no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05);the levels of systolic BP(SBP)and diastolic BP(DBP)after treatment had statistical difference between the observation group and control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the hs-CRP level in the two groups was significantly decreased,while the APN level was significantly increased,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);moreover the hs-CRP level in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,while the plasma APN level was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The correlation analysis showed that plasma hs-CRP level was negatively correlated with the APN level(r=-0.924,P<0.05).Conclusion Orally taking the hypotensive drug at night can significantly decrease the BP and hs-CRP levels,and significantly increase the APN level in the patients with non-spoon hypertension.
