电针配合药物治疗腰硬联合麻醉术后头痛的疗效观察

Therapeutic Observation of Electroacupuncture Assisting Medication for Headache After Combined Spinal-Epidural Anesthesia

目的观察电针配合药物治疗腰硬联合麻醉术后头痛的临床疗效及其对患者睡眠质量的影响。方法将106例腰硬联合麻醉术后头痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组53例。治疗组采用电针配合药物治疗,对照组采用单纯药物治疗。观察两组治疗前后视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)各项评分的变化情况。结果两组治疗3、5、7 d后VAS评分及治疗后PSQI各项评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗3、5、7 d后VAS评分及治疗后PSQI各项评分与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针配合药物治疗能有效改善腰硬联合麻醉术后患者的头痛症状,并提高其术后睡眠质量。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture(EA)plus medication in treating headache after combined spinal-epidural anesthesia and its effect on the sleep quality.Method A total of 106 patients with headache after combined spinal-epidural anesthesia were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,with 53 cases in each group.The treatment group was intervened by EA plus medication,while the control group was treated with medication alone.The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Result The VAS scores after 3-day,5-day and 7-day treatment and the PSQI scores after treatment were significantly different from those before treatment in each group(P<0.05).After 3-day,5-day and 7-day treatment,the VAS scores in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the PSQI scores in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion EA plus medication can effectively improve the headache in patients undergoi ng combined spinal-epidural anesthesia and enhance their sleep quality after surgery.
