隔盐重灸膏肓穴配合药物治疗气血两虚型癌因性疲乏的疗效观察

Therapeutic Observation of Large-dose Salt-partitioned Moxibustion at Gaohuang(BL43)Combined with Medication for Cancer-related Fatigue of Dual Deficiency of Qi and Blood Pattern

目的观察隔盐重灸膏肓穴配合药物治疗气血两虚型癌因性疲乏的临床疗效。方法将94例气血两虚型癌因性疲乏患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组47例。对照组采用皮下注射注射用胸腺法新治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用隔盐重灸膏肓穴治疗。观察两组治疗前后各项中医证候(少气懒言、神疲乏力)评分、Piper疲乏修订量表-中文版(RPFS-CV)评分及Karnofsky行为状态(KPS)评分的变化情况,并比较两组临床疗效。结果两组治疗后各项中医证候评分、KPS评分及RPFS-CV评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后各项中医证候评分、KPS评分及RPFS-CV评分与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为72.3%,对照组为42.6%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论隔盐重灸膏肓穴配合药物治疗是一种治疗气血两虚型癌因性疲乏的有效方法,能显著提高癌症患者的生活质量。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of large-dose salt-partitioned moxibustion(SPM)at Gaohuang(BL43)in treating cancer-related fatigue(CRF)of dual deficiency of dual deficiency of qi and blood pattern.Method A total of 94 patients of CRF of dual deficiency of qi and blood pattern were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was intervened by subcutaneous injection of Thymalfasin for injection,while the treatment group received additional large-dose SPM at Gaohuang.The symptom scores(disinclination to talk due to qi deficiency,fatigue and lassitude)of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the Revised Piper Fatigue Scale-Chinese Version(RPFS-CV)score and Karnofsky Performance Score(KPS)were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Result The TCM symptom scores,KPS score and RPFS-CV score changed significantly after treatment in each group(P<0.05).After intervention,the TCM symptom scores,KPS score and RPFS-CV score in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 72.3%in the treatment group and 42.6%in the control group,and the between-group difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Large-dose SPM at Gaohuang plus medication is an effective method in treating CRF of dual deficiency of qi and blood pattern;it can notably enhance the quality of life in the patients with cancer.
