电针配合药物治疗急性痛风性关节炎的疗效观察

Observations on the Efficacy of Electroacupuncture Plus Medication for Acute Gouty Arthritis

目的观察电针配合药物治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效及其对患者疼痛、血清炎性因子的影响。方法将82例急性痛风性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组41例。两组均采用常规药物治疗,对照组在此基础上采用口服清利活血解毒方治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用电针治疗。观察两组治疗前后中医证候积分、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、现有疼痛强度(PPI)评分及各项血清生化指标[尿酸(UA)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、血肌酐(Scr)、白介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及环氧化酶-2(COX-2)水平]的变化情况,并比较两组临床疗效。结果两组治疗后中医证候积分、VAS评分、PPI评分及各项血清生化指标与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后中医证候积分、VAS评分、PPI评分及各项血清生化指标与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为97.6%,对照组为80.5%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针配合药物是一种治疗急性痛风性关节炎的有效方法。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture plus medication for acute gouty arthritis and its effect on the patients’pain and serum inflammatory factors.Method Eighty-two patients with acute gouty arthritis were randomized to treatment and control groups,with 41 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional medication.Additionally,the control group received oral administration of Qingli Huoxue Jiedu prescription and the treatment group,electroacupuncture plus that given to the control group.The TCM symptom score,the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score and the present pain intensity(PPI)score were recorded and serum biochemical indicators(uric acid(UA),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),serum creatinine(Scr),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2))were measured in the two groups before and after treatment.The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Result There were statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in TCM symptom score,the VAS score,the PPI score and serum biochemical indicators in the two groups(P<0.05).There were statistically significant post-treatment differences in the TCM symptom score,the VAS score,the PPI score and serum biochemical indicators between the treatment and control groups(P<0.05).The total efficacy rate was 97.6%in the treatment group and 80.5%in the control group with a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture plus medication is an effective way to treat acute gouty arthritis.
