Research and Development of an Intelligent Casting Crane

近年来国内各大钢厂在智能化建设方面投入不断加大,铸造起重机作为钢厂重要的物料搬运及生产线上下游连接设备,其智能化水平的提升对于整个炼钢车间的智能化发展有着重要的意义。文中案例项目通过一键自动运行、天地网络互通、操作权限管理与智能运维等一系列功能的成功开发,在提高起重机运行效率、降低人员工作强度等方面,取得了预期效果。

In recent years,the investment in the intelligent construction has been increasing for major steel mills.As an important material handling equipment in the steel plants and an important equipment connecting the upstream and downstream of the production line,the improvement of the casting crane in the intelligent level is of great significance to the intelligent development of the whole steel-making workshop.In this project,the practice and attempt on the research of intelligent casting crane are carried out.Through the successful development of a series of functions,such as one-key automatic operation,intercommunication between heaven and earth network,operation authority management and intelligent operation,the expected results have been achieved in improving crane operation efficiency and reducing personnel work intensity.
