摘要
对塑料粒、小麦和玉米三种不同物料就特定的气力吸运装置进行了接料器压损、弯头压损、卸料器压损和输送物料部分压损H1的理论计算,然后在该装置上进行了接料器压损、弯头压损、卸料器压损和输送物料部分压损H1的实验测定。理论压损计算表明,输送量不变、输送风速增大时,接料器压损、弯头压损、卸料器压损以及输送物料压损H1都是增大的,而输送风速一定、输送量变化时,接料器、卸料器的压损不变化,且各项压损与物料品种没有关系。实验结果表明,不同品种物料,无论改变输送量还是输送风速,所测的各项压损及输送物料压损H1均变化。且理论计算的输送物料部分压损H1则高于实测压损,其余各项压损均低于相应的实测压损。
The theoretical calculation of the pressure drop of the feeder,the elbow,the unloader and the part of the conveying material H1 is carried out for three different kinds of materials,such as plastic pellet,wheat and corn,on a specific negative pressure device.Then the experimental measurement of the pressure drop of the feeder,the elbow,the unloader and the part of the conveying material H1 is carried out on the device.The theoretical calculation shows that with the increase of conveying wind speed,the pressure drop of feeder,elbow,unloader and the H1 of conveying materials are all increased,while the pressure drop of the feeder and the unloader is not changed when the wind speed is fixed and the conveying volume is changed,and the pressure drop of each item is not related to the types of material.The experimental results show that the measured pressure drop and the pressure drop H1 of different kinds of materials change no matter the conveying capacity or the conveying wind speed.Moreover,the theoretical calculation of the pressure drop H1 is higher than the measured,and the other pressure drop are lower than the corresponding measured pressure drop.
