摘要
中美贸易摩擦,美国制裁中兴、华为等中国高新技术企业,新冠疫情等众多事件暴露出我国各个企事业单位,在供应链风险管理上存在短板。在调查1081家企业基础上,对应急供应链管理提出5个短板和相应的5个解决方案,对供应链管理提出SCM321管理模型。
With the trade disputes between China and US,US sanctions against ZTE,Huawei and other Chinese high-tech enterprises,Covid-19 epidemic and many other incidents have exposed the shortcomings of China's enterprises and institutions in supply chain risk management.Based on the investigation of 1081 enterprises,the author puts forward five weaknesses and five corresponding solutions for emergency supply chain management.The author has also proposed a SCM321model for the first time for supply chain management.
