经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症对患者疗效及脊柱稳定性的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Percutaneous Intervertebral Foramina Technique on the Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation and Spinal Stability

目的分析经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症对患者疗效及脊柱稳定性的影响。方法选取张家港广和中西医结合医院2018年1月至2019年9月收治的52例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各26例。对照组采取传统后路开窗手术治疗,研究组采取经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗。比较两组患者的手术指标、疼痛评分、脊柱功能指标、炎症指标。结果研究组患者在手术时间、出血量、住院天数、术后C反应蛋白(CRP)水平、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平、疼痛程度、脊柱功能评分方面均优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经皮椎间孔镜技术用于治疗腰椎间盘突出症,可显著缩短患者的手术时间及住院时间,减轻组织创伤,对于保持脊柱稳定性具有重要作用。

Objective The effect of percutaneous transforaminal endoscopy on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 52 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Zhangjiagang Guanghe Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from January 2018 to September 2019 were selected and divided into control group and research group by random number table method,with 26 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional posterior fenestration,and the study group was treated with percutaneous transforaminal endoscopy.The operation index,pain score,spinal function index and inflammation index of the two groups were compared.Results The study group's operation time,blood loss,hospitalization days,postoperative CRP,IL-6 index,pain degree,and spinal function score were better than those of the control group,the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of percutaneous intervertebral foramina technique in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation can significantly shorten the operation time and hospital stay of patients,reduce tissue trauma,and play an important role in maintaining spinal stability.
