基于医联体的社区早期康复训练对急性脑梗死患者的疗效观察

Efficacy Observation of Medical Treatment Combination Consortium-BasedEarly Rehabilitation Training in Acute Cerebral Infarction Patients

目的分析对急性脑梗死患者采用基于医联体的社区早期康复训练的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月北京市石景山区中医医院收治的120例急性脑梗死患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为常规组和试验组,每组60例。常规组患者采取基础治疗,试验组患者采取基础治疗联合社区早期康复训练。对比两组患者干预前后上下肢运动得分及日常生活能力得分。结果在上下肢运动得分方面,干预后试验组患者得分显著高于常规组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在日常生活能力得分方面,干预后试验组患者得分显著高于常规组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急性脑梗死患者采用基于医联体的社区早期康复训练,可提升患者的上下肢运动功能,促进患侧肢体功能恢复,提高日常生活活动能力,具有一定的临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of community early rehabilitation training based on medical association in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in Beijing Shijingshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as study subjects.It was divided into routine group and experimental group by random number arrangement table method,60 cases in each group.The basic treatment measures of the patients in the routine group,the basic treatment of the patients in the experimental group and the early rehabilitation training in the community were given,and the scores of upper and lower limb movement and daily life ability before and after intervention were compared in each group.Results In terms of the score of upper and lower limb movement,the score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group after intervention,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of daily life ability score,the score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group after intervention,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early community rehabilitation training based on medical conjoined body can improve the motor function of upper and lower limbs,promote the recovery of limb function of affected side,improve the ability of daily life activities of patients with acute cerebral infarction,it has certain clinical application value.
