肌内效贴联合家庭功能训练治疗婴儿肌性斜颈的效果研究

Effect of Intramuscular Tape Combined with Family Function Training on Infant Muscular Torticollis

目的研究分析肌内效贴联合家庭功能训练治疗婴儿肌性斜颈的效果。方法选取2019年1月至12月佛山市三水区妇幼保健院收治的100例患有肌性斜颈的婴儿,根据双色球法将患儿分为对照组与观察组,每组50例。对照组给予神经肌肉电刺激治疗,观察组联合肌内效贴+家庭功能训练治疗,对比两组婴儿的治疗效果。结果两组婴儿治疗前的头偏角度、胸锁乳突肌包块厚度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组婴儿治疗后的头偏角度、胸锁乳突肌包块厚度均小于治疗前,且观察组小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组婴儿治疗前的颈部被动活动度(健侧侧屈、患侧旋转)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后的颈部被动活动度均大于治疗前,观察组与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组婴儿治疗前的不自主运动量表(AIMS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组婴儿治疗后的AIMS评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肌内效贴联合家庭功能训练治疗婴儿肌性斜颈,疗效理想,值得临床应用。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of intramuscular sticking combined with family function training on infant muscular torticollis.Methods A total of 100 infants with muscular torticollis admitted to Foshan Sanshui District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2019 were selected.The infants were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the two-color ball method,50 cases in each group.Stimulation treatment,the observation group combined intramuscular effect patch+family function training treatment,and the treatment effect of the two groups of infants was compared.Results There was no significant difference in head deviation angle and sternocleidomastoid mass thickness of the two groups of infants before treatment(P>0.05);the head deviation angle and sternocleidomastoid mass thickness of the two groups of infants after treatment Both were smaller than before treatment,and the observation group was smallerthan the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no statisticallysignificant difference between the two groups of infants' passive neck mobility(unhealthy side flexion,affectedside rotation)before treatment(P>0.05);the two groups' passive neck mobility after treatment were bothgreater than before treatment. Compared with the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the AIMS scores of the two groups of infantsbefore treatment(P>0.05);the AIMS scores of the two groups of infants after treatment were higher than thosebefore treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05). Conclusion Intramuscular effect patch combined with family function training for infantmuscular torticollis has ideal curative effect and is worth applyin.
