眼外伤所致继发性青光眼的临床治疗分析

Clinical Analysis of Secondary Glaucoma Caused by Ocular Trauma

目的分析眼外伤所致继发性青光眼的临床治疗方法。方法选取云南省滇南中心医院2018年7月至2019年6月收治的眼外伤所致继发性青光眼患者172例,根据患者眼外伤所致继发性青光眼的发生原因采取不同的治疗方式。对比分析患者治疗前后的并发症发生情况、视力改善情况及眼压变化情况等指标。结果治疗后,患者并发症发生率及眼压均显著低于治疗前,视力改善显著高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对眼外伤所致的继发性青光眼患者采取对症治疗,不仅能够有效降低患者的眼压,缓解患者的并发症,同时对患者的视力改善具有十分积极的意义。

Objective To analyze the clinical treatment of secondary glaucoma caused by ocular trauma.Methods A total of 172 patients with secondary glaucoma caused by ocular trauma in South Yunnan Central Hospital(Honghe First People's Hospital)from July 2018 to June 2019 were selected.According to the causes of secondary glaucoma caused by ocular trauma,different treatment methods should be adopted.The complications,visual acuity improvement and intraocular pressure changes before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.Results Compared with before treatment,the incidence of complications and intraocular pressure of the patients were significantly reduced,and the visual acuity was also significantly improved,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Symptomatic treatment for secondary glaucoma caused by ocular trauma can not only effectively reduce the intraocular pressure of patients,alleviate the complications of patients,but also have a very positive significance for the improvement of patients'visione.
