益肾清利活血法治疗糖尿病肾病临床效果研究

A Clinical Study on the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy with the Methodof Kidney-Tonifying Blood-Activating

目的探究糖尿病肾病患者采用益肾清利活血法治疗的效果。方法选取2017年1月至2019年12月宜兴市中医医院收治的糖尿病肾病患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采取海昆肾喜胶囊联合开同治疗,同时予以常规降糖,观察组在对照组基础上加用益肾清利活血方剂,对比两组治疗效果,观察并评估两组患者治疗前后症候表现改善情况和肾功能指标变化情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前,症候表现、肾功能指标等比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后均得以改善,且观察组患者各项症候表现评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),同时24 h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐指标、尿素氮指标、胆固醇均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病肾病患者通过益肾清利活血方剂治疗效果确切,能够有效改善患者症候表现,延缓肾功能下降。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and clinical application value of invigorating the kidney,benefiting the blood circulation in diabetic nephropathy patients.Methods The time of this study was established from January 2017 to December 2019.60 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to Yixing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were randomly selected as the study objects.According to the time of admission,they were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with haikunshenxi capsule combined with Kaitong,and they were treated with routine hypoglycemic therapy.The observation group was treated with Kidney-tonifying blood-activating method on the basis of it,and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared,and each group was observed and evaluated before and after treatment,the symptoms of group B were improved,the renal function indexes of each group were detected,and the statistical differences were analyzed. Results The total effective rate of theobservation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). There was no significantdifference in symptoms and renal function between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05). Aftertreatment,all symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P <0.05).At the same time,24-hour urine protein ration serum creatinine index,urea nitrogen index,cholesterol weresignificantly lower than those in the control group A(P<0.05). Conclusion Diabetic nephropathy patientsthrough the treatment of kidney-tonifying blood-activating method has a definite effect,can effectively improvethe symptoms of patients,regulate renal function indicators,worthy of clinical application and promotion.
